This KPI displays the rate of inspections, calculated over the last 12 months, that failed on first inspection, grouped by data area, inspector, and protocol. It measures the average number of inspection failures. Or, the average number of failed inspections out of all inspections recorded over the past year.
It is recommended to use this KPI on a weekly or monthly basis to help evaluate which data areas and protocols have the highest failure rate. It can also help pinpoint areas of improvement in the inspection process.
Real time: Inspection failure rate values are updated in HIP constantly, so the most up-to-date information is always displayed.
Monthly: Inspection failure rate values are created, or archived, at the end of the month; you can compare each month using the historical view.
